Head of Weather Underground
Kourosh Karimkhany is the general manager of Weather Underground, the largest crowdsourced weather network in the world. In the past year, he and his team have been expanding the capabilities of the network to ingest data from new types of environmental sensors, starting with air quality. And as part of IBM, his team is working on bringing Watson's cognitive abilities to consumer weather apps while supplying Watson with a plethora of new environmental information. Kourosh has been an executive in the consumer internet industry for more than 20 years, and has led global-scale products including Yahoo News & Weather, Wired.com and Reddit.

Dean Bethke
Business Development Lead of IoT – Microsoft
Dean Bethke has over 20 years of experience helping organizations extract value from data. In his current role he helps Microsoft's customers connect IoT devices to the Azure cloud where the data collected can be stored, analyzed and shared in a scalable, secure and compliant manner. Dean has a B.S. of Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona and resides in the greater Los Angeles area.
