SainSmart - Pure Morning P3

General Description

The SainSmart Pure Morning P3 measures PM2.5, formaldehyde (HCHO), carbon dioxide (CO2), ambient air temperature (in degrees C) and relative humidity (%).The PM sensor is an optical particle counter.

Principle of Operation

The SainSmart PM sensor is a Plantower PMS5003 laser particle counter where laser beams detect particles going past by their reflectivity and are processed by the sensor using a complex algorithm to calculate the PM2.5 mass in ug/m3.
