Applied Particle Technology (APT) - MINIMA

General Description

The Applied Particle Technology (APT) MINIMA sensor is a wearable exposure monitoring unit that provides real-time measurements of PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 mass concentrations. Data can be visualized and accessed on the dashboard and mobile applications. APT’s dashboard shows historical PM data with GPS locations.

Principle of Operation

The APT MINIMA’s measurement principle of the particulate matter sensor is based on laser scattering to convert particle number in different size bins to mass concentrations through its proprietary algorithm.
