ClearSeal A101 Sealer

ClearSeal A101 is a clear, flexible, water based sealer and conditioner for surfaces that have marginally adhered granules and fibers.

A101 is excellent for use over:

• Asphalt BUR

• Mineral Cap Sheet

• Modified Bitumen

• Concrete

• Transite

• Other Porous Surfaces

AcryShield^® A502 is a one component, low VOC, water-borne base coating designed for application to Aged single-ply roofing membranes.

A502 is the industry standard, high performance base coat for hard to coat surfaces such as Aged Hypalon, PVC, TPO, and EPDM roofing.

A502 eliminates the need for costly replacement and pre-treating EPDM with a caustic solution before the coating is applied.

AcryShield A503 is a one component, low VOC, water borne base coating designed for application to roofing membranes.

A503 is the breakthrough, high performance base coat for surfaces such as Concrete, BUR, Mod Bit and Asphalt Emulsion coated roofing.

A503 has superior protection against ponding.

AcryShield® A501 is an acrylic elastomeric base coating for Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing Systems. A501 has optimum adhesion to SPF.

AcryShield^® A602 is a unique fast setting one component, low VOC, acrylic water-borne base coating designed for application to Aged single-ply roofing membranes. It has all the performance attributes of A502 with the addition of a proprietary mechanism that provides resistance to early wash-off associated with heavy dew and light rain.

ACRYSHIELD A500 is the industry leading acrylic, elastomeric coating.  A500 has optimum adhesion to SPF. A500 is also indicated over single-ply, asphalt, concrete and metal roofing in colder climates where extra levels of low temperature flexibility are required. A500 is geographically compliant with all locations.  A500 exceeds ASTM D6083 requirements and includes a high performance fire retardant package.
