Facilities in the AB 2588 Program are required to report their toxic emissions to the South Coast AQMD quadrennially (i.e., once every four years). Since the FY 2000-01 reporting cycle, toxics emissions reporting for the AB 2588 Program was incorporated into the South Coast AQMD’s AER Program.
