This course provides an overview of Rule 1403 notification and work practice requirements designed to limit asbestos emissions during building demolition and renovation activities.

Starting with the August 14, 2024 class, all classes going forward will be in-person ONLY. You will still use the links below to sign-up prior to the class, however, please note that it will not be a webinar, it will be in-person only.

The South Coast AQMD Rule 1403 class requires pre-registration. Effective March 1, 2022, South Coast AQMD will only accept registrations for the class until the closing dates below. Once the registration closes, invoices will be generated for the class participants. Class payment must be paid prior to receiving approval to attend the course.

This half-day class starts promptly at 8:00 AM, and will be conducted in person at the Diamond Bar Office (21865 Copley Dr, Diamond Bar, CA 91765). Late arrivals may not be able to attend.
