This page provides public-access trading information for RECLAIM Trading Credits (RTCs):
-
The Listing of Trade Registrations (XLS, 123kb) details trade registrations submitted to and processed by the South Coast AQMD within the previous 400 days. The trade status for each reported transaction is also listed. These data are refreshed on South Coast AQMD working days (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays), and include trades processed up to approximately 5 p.m. of the previous working day.

The Listing of RTC Balances (XLS, 970kb) details the balances of current RTC holders. Traded RTCs have been transferred to and from the appropriate accounts when the trade status is listed as "Processing trade; Completed" in the Listing of Trade Registrations. These data are refreshed on South Coast AQMD working days (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays), and include balances up to approximately 5 p.m. of the previous working day. Please note that RTC balances do not include pending trades, and may not reflect certified emissions, as these are deducted from RTC Allocation accounts annually approximately one month after the end of the reconciliation period for the fourth quarter of a facility’s compliance year. Authorized facility representatives may contact the RECLAIM hotline at (909) 396-3119 with any questions regarding their facility’s RTC Balance.

Historical Trade Registrations lists trade registrations for discrete years, and a single listing for all trade registrations from 1994 to the most recent complete year.
-
