ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME!
Due to the anticipated program guideline modifications proposed by CARB,
which are scheduled for CARB Board Hearing on March 25, 2010, the South Coast
Air Quality Management District (AQMD) will be temporarily halting the Voucher
Incentive Program (VIP) starting on March 17, 2010. This will help ensure
a smooth and consistent transition under the new modified program guidelines and
it will provide time for dealerships, dismantlers, and retrofit installers to
familiarize themselves with the changes to the VIP. AQMD will distribute
(via email) the revised VIP Guidelines, Forms, and Handouts as they become
available. In addition, this transition period will be utilized to update
our webpage and provide additional outreach to potential applicants. We
plan to reinitiate the VIP by the middle of April 2010. If you have any
