One of the specific recommendations of the Permit Streamlining Task Force,
which was adopted by the Governing Board on November 3, 2006, is the
creation of Equipment Specific Permit Processing Templates. The list below
represents the types of equipment that are frequently received and
processed. These templates are samples of permit evaluation and
conditions. A specific equipment template can be downloaded and changes can
be made to it for submittal with Form 400A, Form 400-CEQA and equipment
specific supplemental form, Form 400-E-xx and the permit processing fees.
Additional
sample templates are being created and will be published here when they become available.

templates. Most templates have built-in functionality to calculate emission
in the Emission Calculation section (Double clicking on the Emission
Calculation section will enable an Excel Worksheet).
