This team is responsible for:

• Development and implementation of the BACT Guidelines;

• Researching and identifying best available control technologies;

• Responding to internal and external inquires on BACT applicability, definition, cost-effectiveness, and implementation;

• Coordinating with State and Federal agencies to update the new BACT determinations.
