Each worksite that implements the Rule 2202 Employee Commute Reduction Program (ECRP) is required to have a designated ETC. All ETCs must have successfully completed a one-time certified training course.

Training Information

Classes are conducted online via Zoom.

Classes are from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM each day. Classes are two days in length (Tuesday and Thursday).

Enrollment is limited to 18 students. Early registration is encouraged.

Preregistration is required.

Classes will be filled on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Enrollment fee is currently $230.88.

Credit card payment can be made upon request.

Students who are late or do not attend will forfeit the enrollment fee.

Confirmations and course materials will be emailed before the scheduled class date.

We cannot accept substitutions or students switching without written authorization from the employer.
