The South Coast Air Quality Management District formed the NEAT working group to discuss the development of NEAT and present an opportunity for stakeholders to provide feedback during the tool development.  Members of the working group include electric and gas utilities, consultants, academia and environmental groups.  Members of the working group provided comments during working group meetings and also provided written comments.  Presentation materials provided by South Coast AQMD staff and comment letter sent by working group members are posted below.
