3 RACT SIP Submittal Overview
As a requirement by the federal 8-hour ozone implementation rule, the District must review its rules to determine if they satisfy current ACTs and CTGs defining RACT.  An overview of the process and schedule for SIP submittal is presented.

4 Status of Emissions Inventory
The status of the development of the baseline and future year emissions inventories for the AQMP will be discussed.

A brief update on the ozone and PM2.5 modeling efforts conducted to date will be discussed and the Draft Modeling Protocol will be released for comments.

A special Air Quality Summit will be held in June 2006 to solicit potential concepts for control strategy development in support of the 2007 AQMP.  A brief overview of the summit will be presented.

Code Section 54954.3).  All agendas for regular meetings are posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting.  At the end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the public to speak on any subject within this body’s authority.  Speakers may be limited to three (3) minutes each.
