General Description
The Tera Sensor NextPM sensor is an OEM PM sensor unit that provides real-time measurements of PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 mass concentrations. Data can be accessed using the software provided by Tera Sensor or via integration with the Modbus protocol.
Principle of Operation
The Tera Sensor uses the NextPM as a raw PM sensor with heater function. The measurement principle of the particulate matter sensor is based on laser light scattering to convert particle number in different sizes to mass concentrations through its proprietary algorithm.
