The package mailed to facilities will
include information for filing the 2007-2008 Six-month Transitional Emissions Report for
the period from July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, including:
- A CD-ROM containing the reporting software, all the forms and
instructions, as well as the supplemental instructions for specific
operations. The forms and instructions can be viewed and printed, if
desired.
- A General Instruction Book for updated program information,
questions & answers, completed form examples, references,
informational workshops schedule, and available support options.
For this six-month transitional period, facilities have the option of
using either the updated version of the
AER software, the official paper
forms, or the new web-based reporting tool
(coming soon!) to
report their emissions for the period from July 1, 2007 through December 31,
2007. It is each facility's responsibility to accurately report
their annual emissions from all of its equipment and processes. The
emission report for the six-month transitional period (July 1, 2007
through December 31, 2007) is due by September 2, 2008.
Note: For the six-month transitional
reporting period, there will not be any AB2588 quadrennial reporting.
The AB-2588 facilities with quadrennial reports due for Fiscal Year
2007-2008 will be reporting for Calendar Year 2008. These reports
will not be due until 2009.
